Cancellation Request
Because Sojourner Clinic is completely volunteer-run, it is important that one commits to volunteering before signing up for a position. We kindly ask that everyone carefully considers their schedule and commitments before filling a spot. However, emergencies do occur, so the following are the steps for submitting a cancellation request. NOTE: If a cancellation is submitted within 72 hours before the Saturday of volunteering, then a reason for cancellation as well as a replacement volunteer must be submitted in the email.
*Cancelling without providing a replacement within 72 hours of clinic may result in penalties!*
Sign up ban for 1 month on your 2nd offense and 2 months on your 3rd offense.

Email Address
Which day of clinic would you like to be removed from?
Which position were you signed up for?
Have you found a replacement (if within 72 hours)? What is the reason for cancellation?
